Aish on Campus DC is
offering a unique opportunity specifically to law students
in the Washington DC area interested in exploring Israel’s
vast law society and culture as well as broadening their
basic understanding of core concepts in Jewish thought,
the Land of Israel and Israel's current political situation.
The primary goals of Aish Campus DC’s Israel law trip
are:
- Exploring Israel’s law society
and networking with Israeli law professionals, professors,
and students to gain a better understanding of Israeli
law society.
- Discuss controversial topics such as the legality of
the West Bank territories, Arab-Israeli coexistence, and
other similar topics.
- Provide an open forum to discuss and debate many of the
most important issues facing the Jewish people today, including
those related to the relevance of Judaism in today's world.
- Gain a deeper and more intimate relationship with the
land of Israel
Towards these ends, qualified applicants will have ample
opportunity to voice their opinions in workshops, lectures
and classes.
